  • Classical Pilates

    At OBP we offer classical Pilates from a bio-mechanical perspective. Deep knowledge of the full classical repertoire, including the order, rhythm, and breath, is the centerline from which we approach each session. There is a strong emphasis on fundamentals so as to prioritize the mind-body connection.

    OBP is an elite classical Pilates studio providing individualized programming to a wide variety of bodies, abilities, and persons in various life-stages.

  • Somatic Therapy

    At OBP, Kristy offers bio-mechanically informed, movement-based, body-centric therapy aimed at centering the cultivation of your own “knowing,” or mind-body integration. We aim to build greater internal resources, to learn to turn inward with compassion, and to build trusting relationships with self and other through boundary development. We can attend to perceived body sensations rooted in past physical and/or psychological trauma. The aim is that you will ultimately be able to regulate your own physiology and state of being as your knowing guides the healing process and builds resilience.

  • Wellness Coaching

    At OBP, Kristy offers wellness coaching so as to support her clients in the broader scope of their wellness and fitness goals. We may attend to movement patterns and schedules, sleep, diet, stress, and any number of impediments hindering the advancement of your wellness and fitness goals.

    Ultimately, this is about being in compassionate integrity with yourself.

POLICIES

Payment — Payment is due 24 hours before your scheduled session

Cancelation — 24 hours, firm (grace in the event of an emergency, always)

Sessions are 55 mins from the start of the scheduled session time
